Who We Help
Atlas Bridge Wealth is best suited to clients who want a long-term private client relationship, not a one-off transaction.

We work with UK families moving to or living in Portugal or Spain where there is enough complexity, enough at stake and enough need for careful coordination to justify a proper planning process.

You are a resident of Portugal or Spain
You are Portugal or Spain-based (or are planning a move to Portugal or Spain from the UK), and want to make sure your pensions, investments, residency timing, and wider financial decisions are aligned before you act.

You have significant wealth to protect
You typically have investable assets of £250,000 - £500,000 or more across pensions, investments, property, business assets, or a combination of these, and understand that joined-up planning matters.

Clarity & Confidence
You value clarity and confidence over speed, and want to understand the consequences of decisions before they become difficult or expensive to unwind.
You are also looking for a trusted, long-term adviser, not a one-off transaction.
How we charge
Simple & Clear
You should always know exactly what you’re paying, and why. No small print. No surprises.
Transparent and carefully managed conflicts of interest
We are transparent about how we are paid and do not rely on hidden commissions or undisclosed incentives.
Fees Matter
Every Euro in fees is a Euro that can’t grow for your future. Small differences today compound into huge differences over time.
All-in Support. always
Our ongoing fee covers everything: meetings, reviews, calls, coaching – as much as you need. We don’t charge by the hour, because we never want you to hesitate to reach out.
No Barriers
We don’t charge high upfront fees just to get started. No ‘toll booths’. No blockers. Just great access to life-changing advice.
Best In Class
We aim to provide you with the very best service available, always.
Our Planning & Ongoing Support Fees
At Atlas Bridge Wealth, our fees are designed to reflect the level of work, expertise and responsibility involved in delivering high-quality cross-border financial planning.
For UK nationals moving to or living in Portugal or Spain, good advice is rarely about one isolated decision. Pensions, investments, tax residency, property, income planning, succession and long-term retirement objectives often need to be considered together.
Our planning work is therefore priced according to complexity, not simply by the number of accounts or investments involved.
Option 1: Our standard Planning Strategy Report
€2,000 + IVA
This is designed for more straightforward cases where you need a clear, focused plan. It may be suitable if you have a specific planning question or a relatively simple set of assets, and you want professional guidance on the best way forward.

This may include:
-
Review of your current position
-
Identification of key planning issues
-
Written strategy paper
-
Planning observations & considerations
-
Cashflow overview, where required
-
Coordination roadmap
-
Clear next steps
This option is best suited to clients who need clarity and direction, but do not require a full technical cross-border planning report.

Option 2: Private Client Planning Engagement
€3,500 + IVA
This is designed for higher-value, more complex or ongoing client situations where a deeper level of planning, analysis, coordination and strategic support is required.

It may be suitable where there are significant pensions, investments, property assets, business interests, inheritance planning considerations, family wealth issues, cross-border tax considerations or multiple professional advisers involved.

This may include:
-
Comprehensive review of your wider financial position
-
Detailed cross-border planning report
-
Cashflow modelling and scenario analysis
-
Retirement income and wealth-structure planning
-
Review of key planning risks and decision points
-
Coordination with tax, legal, accountancy and other specialist advisers
-
Identification of where regulated investment, pension or insurance advice may be required
-
Support in preparing for conversations with authorised firms or specialist professionals
-
Private client-style support throughout the planning engagement
Where regulated investment, pension, insurance or product advice is required, this will be provided separately by an appropriately authorised firm responsible for that advice.

Option 3: Cash Flow Modelling & Retirement Planning
€2,500 + IVA
For some clients, the immediate need is not a new investment product or a change of adviser, but a clearer understanding of whether their existing wealth is structured to support the life they want. We therefore offer standalone cash flow modelling and retirement planning for clients who need planning analysis of their pensions, investments, property, income needs and long-term financial position.

This can be particularly valuable where an existing adviser, bank or investment manager provides portfolio or investment management, but does not offer detailed lifetime planning. The purpose is to help you understand what is sustainable, where the risks sit, how different decisions may affect your future, and what options should be considered before making any major financial move.

Why We Charge for Planning
Our planning reports are not generic summaries or administrative documents.

They are the result of detailed analysis, professional judgement and years of experience across financial planning, pensions, investments and cross-border client situations.
The value of the work is not simply in the report itself, but in helping you understand risks, avoid poorly sequenced decisions.

For many clients, the most valuable part of the process is not being told what product to use. It is understanding what decisions need to be made, in what order, and what the consequences may be if they are handled incorrectly.

Regulated Advice, Implementation and Onboarding Costs
Where a client proceeds beyond planning into regulated advice or product implementation, this work will be provided by an appropriately authorised firm for the relevant jurisdiction.

Any regulated advice, suitability assessment, product recommendation, provider documentation or implementation process will be the responsibility of the authorised firm providing that service.

Atlas Bridge Wealth may charge a clearly disclosed planning, coordination or onboarding fee for work carried out outside the regulated advice process. Where applicable, implementation-related fees may be agreed in advance and may vary depending on the complexity of the case, the structures involved, the amount being invested or arranged, and the level of coordination required.

All fees and charges will be discussed and agreed with you before any work proceeds. Where a third-party authorised firm, provider or professional adviser charges separately, those costs will be disclosed by the relevant party before you decide whether to proceed.

Ongoing Planning and Coordination Service
For clients who want continuing support, we offer an ongoing planning and coordination service. This typically ranges from 0.50% to 1.00% per year, depending on the level of work required.

This service may include regular planning reviews, cashflow updates, retirement income planning, coordination with tax and legal advisers, support with provider administration, and ongoing guidance as your circumstances, residency position or objectives change.

Where ongoing regulated investment review, portfolio advice or product advice is required, this will be provided separately by the relevant authorised firm.

Our ongoing service typically includes:
-
Regular planning reviews to keep your wider plan aligned with your goals
-
Cashflow updates and retirement income reviews where appropriate
-
Coordination with tax/legal specialists where formal advice is required
-
Support with administrative tasks and provider communication
-
Review of planning risks, life changes and cross-border considerations
-
Identification of areas where regulated advice may be needed

Final thoughts
We do not believe in hidden commissions, unexplained charges, or product-led recommendations.
Atlas Bridge Wealth works hard behind the scenes to provide a clear, transparent, fee-based planning service, and we actively campaign locally for greater transparency across the international advice market. Our aim is simple: you should understand exactly what you are paying, what you are receiving in return, and whether the service and any associated advice or implementation costs represent value before you commit.
